In Ukraine

Delivery time is 2-5 working days after the order.

1. Pick-up in the city of Kiev.

2. Delivery service "New Mail". Paid by buyer at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated automatically after selection by the buyer, city and branch number. The buyer also pays the cost of cash on delivery. After sending the order, you will receive to your email address the TTN, with the number of which you will be able to track the parcel at the web-site of “Nova Poshta”.

International delivery

Delivery to other countries is carried out by the international delivery service “UkrPoshta” and is paid by the buyer when ordering. Shipping cost - $ 10. Delivery time up to 30 working days, depending on the recipient country, after the order.

PAYMENT

Cash (only for residents of Ukraine)

1. Payment of the order to the courier upon receipt of the order in the city of Kiev.

2. Payment of the order upon receipt of cash on delivery at the Department of delivery service “Nova Poshta” in your city.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Making a return/exchange

If you do not fit or do not like the purchased goods - it's okay, we are sure that next time you will find what you want! We will be happy to replace the size, fabric or color, or promptly refund your money.


To make a return/exchange you need:

1. Call, write to us on the website or on mail zlitay.com@gmail.com, specifying the order number and describing in detail the essence of the problem.

2. Fill out the form that we will send you back.

3. Send the goods together with the TTN and the completed form to the address specified in it. Return or exchange of goods of good quality is possible only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of operation and wear, the presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels).

The terms and procedure for return/exchange

* Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 days of receipt of the order.

* The cost of transportation of goods sent for return or exchange, the buyer pays according to the rates of delivery services.

* You can follow the status of your order by its number on the “Track order” page.

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouse, we check it for compliance with all the above rules.

Return:

Once we accept and verify your return, we will begin processing your refund. You will receive your funds depending on the payment method you chose when placing your order. Funds will be credited to your account within 3-30 business days, depending on the payment method you choose on the return form.

* The term of refund is established in accordance with the Rules of sale of goods to order and out of office or commercial premises (Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine as of April 19, 2007 No. 103) and is up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the filled Application for return of goods.

Exchange:

Once we accept and verify the return, we will begin preparing the new item for shipment.
